Release information for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 allegedly leaked
Activision’s wildly successful battle royale game, Call of Duty: Warzone, is reportedly getting a sequel soon.
The release date for Warzone 2 has been scheduled for November 16 in response to a rumored leak of the Activision Blizzard video games World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and CoD. Several weeks after the global debut of Modern Warfare II, which is labeled as COD Cortez in the stolen screengrab, on October 28, Warzone 2 is scheduled for 12pm CT on Wednesday, Nov. 16, according to the leaked screengrab.
For many fans of Call of Duty, a release date in the middle of November would be perfect since they could play Modern Warfare 2 (MW2) for a few weeks before Warzone 2 might be published. Additionally, the MW2 campaign will be included in early access for gamers that pre-order the game. As a result, CoD fans may be able to play new content for nearly a month nonstop.
Activision stated that Warzone 2.0, the unofficial name of the new battle royale game, will be released “short after” MW2 launches in late October when it announced the release date of MW2 on June 8. Activision hasn’t stated much about the new Warzone game other than that, the announcement that the RICOCHET Anti-Cheat will be accessible on launch day, and a few broad words about it being a fresh experience.
Players have been lead to assume they would encounter a new inventory system, a new terrain, and new weaponry as a result of several leaks and rumors. The truth of these leaks, however, will have to be patiently awaited by Warzone aficionados.
